Detail information about job Assistant Marketing and Corporate Communications Manager. Terms and conditions vacancy

Due to review of business operation, a 6 months contract role is created in order to provide support to the Sales and Marketing Department in areas including but not limited to:

1. Marketing Campaigns for off the plan Projects

  • Development and implementation of marketing strategies and objectives of Project Campaigns
  • Development and implementation of promotional activities including print and digital campaigns, event management, social media management
  • Research and preparation of market and segment reports including Product Comparative Analysis, Demographics  and potential purchasers’ breakdowns
  • Manage ongoing Marketing spend against approved Budget

2. Corporate Branding/ PR

  • Development and implementation of strategies, plans and objectives of CWG’s corporate branding direction
  • Development, implementation and management of ongoing or periodic Corporate events

3. Market Research

  • Development and preparation of reports including but not limited to suburb reports,  competitors’ analysis reports, segment and demographics reports et al

4. Operations

  • Co-ordination of meetings with Stakeholders and Consultants as well as preparation of Minutes of Meetings
  • Develop schedules and assignments
  • Co-ordinate mailing lists
  • Updating and managing database

Criteria

  • Project Marketing Background will be highly regarded
  • Strong communication skills within a corporate/ professional environment
  • Well presented, professional disposition
  • Advanced written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Advanced MS office skills
  • Strong attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced, deadline driven environment
  • Proven ability to work under minimum supervision
  • Driven individual with a strong sense of initiative
  • Team player with effective organizational skills
  • Residential property market experience is an advantage.
