Ally Fashion is looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to work in our fun and vibrant newly renovated office. This role will be responsible for creating content to support and grow the brand with particular focus on social media and digital channels.

Ally fashion is a young ladies fast fashion destination providing high street fashions and the latest trends at an affordable price, in a vibrant and exciting store environment which is constantly evolving. With a current portfolio of 130+ stores, it has presented a number of opportunities for team members who want to be to be part of this exciting time of growth; both in-store and in head office.

The ideal candidate should genuinely love fashion, a fast paced environment, work well under pressure and have a passion to succeed. Key to this role is experience in content management ,social media strategy, analytics and execution. This is a key role supporting a growing brand and our digital department!

Duties and responsibilities required to fulfil this role are:

• Liasing closely with the head of E-commerce and our marketing department, working collaboratively to create content to achieve growth KPI's and sales results.
• Support e-commerce and marketing department with creative , on-brand content concepts , campaigns and competitions. 
• Develop and maintain the brand's content schedule in line with seasonal promotional calender & marketing objectives 
• Brief content production team on required content, oversee content production to ensure timings and standard is upheld.
• Develop , implement and manage Social Media Influencer Program utilising influencer , content creators and bloggers/ vloggers to reach our target market and increase brand awareness
• Developing and growing our social media presence on all platforms 
• Manage digital advertising agency and report on activities 
• Ensure consistency across all social and digital channels 
• Create copy for website and blog
• Assist with creating social media and brand content - including graphics and video
• Assist with design and production of EDM's
• Manage social media engagements and enquiries 

Requirements needed:

We're looking for a passionate self starter who is ready to bring their fresh new ideas to the table. Ideally you will also bring to this role -

• 3+ years experience in a content and social media marketing role with a branded environment - ideally in fashion 
• Experience within fast environments of retail or fashion 
• Expert knowledge of content creation and experience working across various social platforms
• Experience delivering campaigns with high engagement levels, running free and paid social campaigns and analysing results
• Experience with content management systems and web analytics tools
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating digital marketing communications including social and EDM's
• Ability to report and to recommend innovative content strategies
• Strong organisational skills combined with the ability to handle a fast paced retail environment
• The ability to prioritise , use initiative and perform under pressure 
• Intermediate to advanced Adobe Creative Suite Skills
• Current influencer relationships highly desirable
