About the role
This is an-all encompassing role where you will both develop the marketing strategy and implement it while maintaining the brand essence. Reporting to the General Manager you will be tasked with growing their brand presence both on and off-line, everything from the look and feel of collateral, the website, social media and digital campaigns. You will also look after all brand activation campaigns with their key high end customers which include sensory high-end events


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage their annual marketing plan, how they talk to their customers, when and via which appropriate channel
  • Develop and evolve their brand guidelines and being the brand advocate for all communications delivered both internally and externally
  • Consistently track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns and tweaking where appropriate with a clear best in class test and learn methodology
  • Manage all their high-end sensory event and brand activations from concept to execution to really engage, inform and build brand advocacy with their high end customers
  • Nurture relationships with both internal and external stakeholders who include the sales team, legal team, property development team as well as builders, local community and briefing creative agencies too

Skills and Experience 
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing (Bachelor or equivalent) essential.
  • A love for all Interior Design is an absolute must and someone who believes in classic, timeless quality in the home 
  • Previous experience and track record from a similar industry ideally property development, architecture, interior design, home and garden or high end products
  • Ability to write exceptional marketing and promotional briefs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • A passion for collaboration and ability to work across business units to achieve outcomes.
  • High level of problem-solving ability, providing flexible and creative solutions.
  • Previous experience supervising teams and managing budgets desirable.
