About the Company

Wangle Technologies is a Brisbane based early stage technology company specialising in mobile technologies and data insights. We currently have two live consumer based products, an accelerated mobile VPN and a parental control app which aims to educate parents and children about cyber safety by combining live behavioural analysis with research based advice.

 

Role overview

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing all marketing activities across Wangle’s product suite. You will create inspiring marketing campaigns that drive ROI and brand awareness for our range of software products including a soon to be re-launched Wangle Family Insites.  This role offers a superb opportunity for career development and progression within an innovative ASX listed technology start up.

 

What we need from you

You need to be a digital marketing generalist. You need to have a ‘roll your sleeves up and get it done’ type of attitude that is open to learning new things but not afraid to execute your own ideas. You have the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with all stakeholders of the business. You will be working closely with the technology team and the CEO, this job will give you the responsibility your career has been craving.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Development and execution of paid social campaigns, SEO and content marketing, Google Adwords, ASO, Affiliate marketing and other channels

  • A strong understanding of  inbound marketing strategies and customer lifecycles with the purpose to grow our customer base and move people through marketing funnels

  • Management of our social media strategy across all current and future products

  • SEO campaign maintenance and development to ensure a steady flow of visitors and page ranking maintenance

  • Closely work with our PR agency and Head of Education to develop assets that support our public relations and SEO strategies

  • Management of email marketing including a bimonthly newsletter and automated email marketing programs

  • Ownership of the overall customer experience and driving improvements to customer satisfaction indexes

  • Liaising with the technology and education team on projects, new features and innovation

  • People and agency management skills, including management of an overseas customer service agency

  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to comprehend results and make positive campaign changes
     

Skills

  • Digital marketing experience required including but not limited to paid and organic search, affiliates, display, adwords, performance, email and social

  • In depth knowledge of the paid social channels to ensure personalised and targeted marketing campaigns

  • Inbound marketing acquisition strategy

  • End to end customer lifecycle management through all means of communication

  • Sound knowledge of Hubspot and all of its capabilities

  • Marketing qualifications desirable

  • Start up experience looked upon favourably
