Description

Working as part of the Head Office Marketing function, this role provides a pivotal piece in the overall marketing strategy by drawing insights on effectiveness across multiple channels. Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Marketing Manager, key tasks include:

  • Work to achieve campaign performance API’s through providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Support the Manager to drive powerful, data driven insights and decisions to refine and maximize campaign performances.
  • Provide data-informed insights to assist in the engagement of clients and delivery of services
  • Undertake regular reviews of engagement channels across all programs and provide weekly, monthly and quarterly updates on performance and proposed recommendations
  • Undertake regular analysis of the company website assets to provide insights for UX improvements
  • Provide data-driven insights into online user behaviour and customer journeys across all brands.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and drive on-going improvements to increase the online conversion rate and enhance the customer experience.
  • Simplify the reporting process by creating dashboards, generic reports and presentations for management
  • Research contemporary thought in customer insights and develop a successful internal and cross industry network to produce thought leadership and content for key audiences.

Profile

In order to be considered for this opportunity, suitable applicants will demonstrate the following background:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar role including Customer Insights, Marketing Insights or Marketing Analyst.
  • Strong numerical, analytical and interpretive skills.
  • Demonstrated database management experience and the ability to extract customer insights and segment trends.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing customized data reports to inform strategic leadership decisions.
  • Well-developed communication skills with experience in clearly articulating analytical results both verbally and in writing.
