Position overview

The Marketing and Change Manager provides marketing and sales support to our business, ensuring high quality materials are produced and internal communication/change is managed to minimise organisational risk and disruption.

You manage and regularly update sales and marketing templates including client presentations, proposals and Capability Statements.  This includes providing support and training for users and conducting regular reviews with the Verdia Leadership Team.

While you source and manage creative agencies, organise photoshoots, drone footage, and time-lapse photography for key Verdia projects, you also have the opportunity to engage with the Leadership Team and sales staff to develop and launch new Case Studies and Media Releases for uploading to the Verdia website, LinkedIn and Yammer as appropriate.

Another key component to your role is to develop and implement change management plans (including staff communications and training) to minimise organisational risk from the introduction of new sales/marketing templates, materials, systems and processes. You facilitate organisation change events (including workshops and one-on-one training sessions) to increase the capability of sales staff in the use of sales support templates while promoting behavioural change across our business.

This role can be offered as full time or 4 days part-time for the right candidate.

Your experience & qualifications

  • Marketing and change communication experience
  • Business, Marketing and/or Change related qualifications and/or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a customer service-based industry would be beneficial

  • Comfortable in a team environment, with strong group dynamics awareness and collaboration skills, combined with the ability and willingness to communicate with a wide variety of individuals and differing functional accountabilities.
  • Ability to influence others indirectly, i.e. without direct line supervision.

  • Consultative approach.
  • Well-developed self-planning and organisation skills including ability to work interdependently, prioritise activities, meet commitments, and proactively manage time.
  • Ability to adjust to varying or unexpected changing conditions and shifting priorities with minimal direction.
  • Ability/desire to share best practices/key learnings (good & bad).

Salary

Depending on your level of experience, you will receive $90K - $100K (pro rata) base salary, plus superannuation and bonus potential.
