We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to assist our Marketing and Product team. You’ll be working in a modern office with an excellent culture to help us deliver the highest standards of customer service with unique and exciting holiday packages.
Duties will include:
- Working closely with suppliers to secure rooms and touring.
- Assisting the Product Manager in the creation and finalisation of packages.
- Writing content for promotional material and collateral.
- Assisting with traditional media & digital campaigns.
- Updating social media (Facebook, Instagram etc).
- General administration and data entry work.
- Assisting the sales and consulting team.
Essential Qualities:
- Superb attention to detail.
- Driven and motivated.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Highly organised and efficient.
- Love of travel.
Desirable skills:
- Qualified in marketing, journalism or similar.
- Previous experience in InDesign, Photoshop and/or Mail Chimp.
- Interest in Social Media and Web design.
- Previous administration experience.
- A good understanding of figures and finance.
- Experience in the travel industry.
Ideal for someone looking to begin their career in travel or marketing.
