About the Role:
We are looking for a data-driven Search Engine Marketing (SEM) specialist to play a key role in the organisation, working across SEM & PPC strategy and execution. This role involves both strategic direction and day to day management of these functions; deriving insights from analytics, reporting results.
This is a great opportunity for someone to step across to client side. Here you get the opportunity to influence outcomes, work across cross functional teams and get a holistic view of marketing, whilst still maintaining a work life balance.
What you’ll be working on
- Work with the Sr Search Specialist to support with execution and reporting on the consumer PPC campaigns
- Conceptualise and implement optimisation strategies and tests for SEM campaigns
- Perform hands-on bid optimisation to meet and exceed targets
- Build and execute keyword expansion plans
- Keep up to date with paid search best practices and strategies
- Develop A/B test landing pages, messaging and multiple user experiences
- Contribute to other team projects and initiatives remaining flexible
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Paid Search (other biddable media channels a plus)
- 2+ years Google Adwords & Microsoft Bing experience
- 2+ years experience leading conversion rate optimisation
- Hands on experience with bid management tools (DS3, Adobe, Marin or Kenshoo)
