The financial services environment is an exciting industry to be a part of as technology continues to change how Australians do their everyday banking. We are a Sydney based financial services organisation that prides itself on doing things differently and are looking for a Marketing Campaigns Manager to help take us to our next chapter of growth.
What will you do?
You will have the opportunity to work across multiple brands, including a digital challenger brand, multiple products, channels, projects and stakeholders which will provide the right candidate the opportunity for a vast range of experience in the highly competitive financial services environment.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the end to end planning, execution and measurement of above the line and below the line marketing campaigns, including brand campaigns, product campaigns and the communications strategy. You will also own the content creation requirements of campaigns and strategies, with written communication skills, copy writing and an eye for detail being one of your key strengths.
You will work within a team of marketing professionals, with specialist roles already in place to execute digital advertising and measurement, graphic design, product management and coordinator tasks.
What you need to succeed?
You will be self-driven and work well with a range of stakeholders. You will use your excellent written and verbal communication skills, in addition to your creative thinking to engage the wider team and drive the execution of marketing campaigns on time and on budget to help achieve growth objectives as part of the overall marketing strategy. You will be energetic, show initiative, and have a strong work ethic driven by your passion to perform.
