We now have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to take responsibility for the marketing and promotions for a shopping centre in Adelaide’s central business district in a Fixed Term Contract of over 12 months.
Reporting through to the Portfolio Manager, this fantastic role would suit a talented marketing professional who is looking to take the next step in their retail property-marketing career.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for building and maintaining a market presence, ensures the centres are marketed in a manner reflective of the character, and needs of each location.
A snapshot of the role;
- Assist the Centre Manager to maximise income for the owner
- Maximise sales potential of individual retailers & increase traffic flow throughout the centre
- Increase market share of the centre by ensuring that the centre is positioned in the market place to appeal to consumers and potential retailers alike
- Build relationships with all key stakeholders, from centre management staff to retailers, media to customers, and community organisations to local councils
- Manage and lead the marketing team to achieve their objectives, and lead by example
To be successful, you will be passionate about the retail property marketing space, and be able to demonstrate experience within this field. You will be confident, organised and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
