We are seeking an experienced marketing, Video Editor (Mandarin-Speaking) and DCP Technicians with a potential opportunity for full-time employment.

For marketing position you must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese and have experience in both Chinese and Australia marketing.

Marketing:

• Fluency in spoken Mandarin
• Experience in Chinese marketing in Australia
• Familiar with Chinese student marketing in Australia
• Skills in Social Media writing and planning (Chinese)

Skills and experience

Marketing

• Fluency in spoken Mandarin
• Minimum 1 year proven experience in relevant full-time position.
• Must have the strong work ethics, highly reliable and hardworking. Self-motivated and process the ability to take initiative. 
• Able to work independently to achieve goals and able to develop and follow up with potential business partners.
• Researching target audience and new opportunities for relevant and effective campaigns, content and collaborations to be proposed to team
• Must familiar with Chinese filming market and Chinese Social media platforms.

Video editor

• Fluency in spoken Mandarin
• Minimum 1 year experience in relevant full-time position.
• Responsible to create, execute and deliver motion graphics in a given timeframe.
• Manage efficient workflow systems while maintaining details and records for cataloging, including maintaining video and dubbing stock.  
• Knowledge of graphic design. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator and other graphic software.
• Able to adjust to other duties assigned by direct supervisor.

Digital Cinema Project Coordinator

• Helping the Account Teams to keep project(s) on a specific timeline for completion
• Working with Post facilities and vendors to facilitate delivery of source materials
• Working with the vault to receive and confirm delivery of source materials
• Scheduling of mastering processes from encoding through QC
• Creation of Work Orders in DTDC's proprietary Work Flow system
• Scheduling of both internal QC and Client QC screenings
• Organization and tracking of International Versioning of projects (Subbed and Dubbed, 2D and 3D) through the encoding, wrapping, and QC stages
• Communicating with clients for the Account Team when required
• Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor

• 负责市场调研和市场预测，有效挖掘市场信息；
• 制定和实施每周计划 及 具体市场活动策划方案；
• 熟悉澳大利亚华人市场和各大主流社交媒体平台；
• 执行力强、责任心强、工作效率高，完美落地公司总部要求的推广计划落实到合适的商家。

视频编辑：

• 讲流利的普通话并且具有至少一年全职或相关工作经验；
• 负责公司产品小视频的制作与更新，并协助完成公司其它视频画面的制作；
• 定期对视频内容做整理、分类以及对外协调配音等相关资料；
• 懂平面，熟练操作PS等各类绘图软件；
• 完成本部门安排的其他工作。

DCP制作：

• 具有至少一年全职或相关工作经验；
• 数字拷贝DCP制作、MXF打包数字电影、电影编码转换、映前广告编码，MXF格式文件制作JPEG2000编码数字拷贝贴片广告制作；
• 专业制作电影院贴片广告（片头广告DCP打包，MXF格式文件制作）格式转换, 包括视频MPEG-2/JPEG2000编码服务，各种声道环绕立体声编码，影院3D视频数字电影发行包制作；
• 数字、胶片贴片广告制作 （DCI标准_MXF格式文件_DCP包）各数字及胶片贴片广告，需懂得量身定做适合影院长宽比宽幅、遮幅与格式及各种通道的所有广告贴片需求
