About the business and the role

Traffic Radius is an innovative digital marketing agency dedicated to improving search presence for our clients. We work with a broad range of industries including products and service businesses. We provide Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Pay Per Click (PPC) and Web Development Services.

We are seeking an energetic, proactive and an analytical person to join our search engine optimisation (SEO) team. The SEO account manager is responsible for helping our clients improve organic visibility wherever search results are presented (e.g. Google, Bing, YouTube, App Store). This role develops, implements, and manages SEO campaigns for our clients. The job includes a great deal of client contact and cross-team collaboration between teams such as marketing, web development, web design, content production, mobile, social media.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop valuable client relationships
  • Manage online and offline SEO efforts by optimizing content, overseeing reporting, conducting regular SEO audits for core keyword groups, and pro-actively seeking out and negotiating relevant link placements on external websites to increase organic rankings.
  • Audit websites and provide technical recommendations for improving SEO visibility and performance.
  • Developing insights and highlighting any proposed changes into campaign strategy
  • Keyword research and onsite search optimisation
  • Generating management reports which focus on key metrics such as conversation optimization, product and marketing features and KPI performance
  • Research and stay up-to-date on new developments, trends and technologies within the SEO space.
  • Refining and building custom insights reports regarding product features and sales conversion. Create standards, implement processes and new technologies to continuously improve the operational standards of excellence.
  • Individuals with Content writing skills will be given priority.
  • Effectively communicate and manage client's expectations throughout the SEO Process

 

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of Account Management experience (preferred) with a digital marketing agency. Have strong analytical skills and excellent working knowledge of tools such as with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Webmaster tools, AdWords, SEO Google algorithms and Search related tools

  • Be IT savvy – having a basic understanding of content management systems (CMS), HTML coding and design software is necessary
  • Have Ability to meet deadlines – the SEO strategy will have multiple goals and timeframes for when each goal will need to be reached
  • Put strong attention to detail – writing or sub editing content for the website is often part of the job
  • Have Strong knowledge of organic search techniques and be up to date with the latest Google algorithm trends
  • Have ability to take the lead on all SEO tasks
  • Account management experience/ability to talk to clients. Your role will involve on going engagement with Clients over the phone and face to face.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Web programming skills are a plus but not required
