Our leading global client is looking for Marketing Coordinator to join their established business at Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise and coordinate with the key stakeholders to support travel arrangements, process testing and issue resolutions
• Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders supported by agendas and minutes
• Assist with calendar management, travel plan and expense claims
• Collaborate with the key stakeholders to ensure all actions and issues are resolved on time
• Coordinate and support the annual review

Skills and Experience required:

• Bachelor degree in marketing or relevant
• Experience in marketing is favourable
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing
• Good organisational skills and time management
• Good character with drive-to-results attitude
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
