About the role
We're looking for an Jnr Account Manager to maintain, build and scale up our client (or hosts as we call them) relations. You would be the first operational hire in Brisbane. As such you would be an integral part of founding the team here and there would be lots of opportunity to grow.
What will you be doing?
- We're looking for an Account Manager to maintain, build and scale up our client (or hosts as we call them) relations in the early life cycle. You'll be part of a rapidly expanding Startup, and working closely with a Senior Account Manager who will teach you everything you need to know to move up into a senior position.
- You will be the first person our new hosts see. You will be onboarding them and optomising their listings in the first 4-6 weeks to get them off to a great start.
- Your time will be divided between time in the office in Fortitude Valley Brisbane, ensuring your hosts are happy - and out and about, visiting new hosts' homes and ensuring that they are on boarded to the Airsorted platform in an efficient and timely manner.
- You will be a founding member of the Brisbane Operations team so we would look to you to flag any issues you come across or develop new processes to better suit our operations
- This is a growth role where you will be trained and helped along the way, however we do expect a level of autonomy and someone who has solid amounts of work experience.

- Organised and efficient with their time
- Excited about using technology to transform an industry
- Full right to work in Australia
