Are you a passionate Campaign Analyst with retail experience?

One of Australia’s fastest growing retailers is seeking a Campaign Analyst to join their dynamic team.

Proudly independent and a true high service retailer, they are passionate about putting the customer at the front of everything they do.
Due to growth, they have an exciting opportunity for tech savvy Campaign Analyst – this key role will be responsible for undertaking business analysis and design activities to form solutions that will typically involve a combination of analytical, process and business transformation outcomes. 

Reporting to the General Manager of Marketing, you will:
  • Assist in the definition and delivery of customer strategies 
  • Implement and manage key marketing campaigns and customer interactions
  • Develop campaign/marketing automation solutions
  • Draw insights from large data sets or campaign performance and translate these into business opportunities
  • Apply test and learn methodology to optimise campaign performance
  • Apply advanced personalisation through offer selection to optimise customer contextual relevancy
  • Develop and deliver clear and articulate, audience appropriate, presentations of campaign findings and recommendations
  • Document work results in a comprehensive, coherent manner using professional business writing skills. 
A self-motivated, agile, data obsessed individual with a passion for retail, you will have:
  • A sound understanding of end-to-end campaign development process and activities
  • Strong stakeholder management experience with excellent communications skills and the ability to build strong relationships while managing expectations within a fast paced environment
  • Previous experience managing multi-channel campaign activities
  • Experience using enterprise campaign management tools (IBM Marketing Softwares (preferred), Sales Marketing Cloud, Oracle Eloqua, Adobe Marketing Cloud, etc)
  • Experience in pre and post campaign analysis using various applications
  • Strong understanding in relational database, multichannel attributions, customer segmentations and customer behaviours
  • Experience liaising with creative agencies and other 3rd party partners
  • Proficient in Excel, SQl, Tableau, Power BI, VBA
  • Strong qualitative, problem solving, research and project management skills
  • Previous experience working within a retail environment
