A Global Retailer with a presence in over 100 countries and with the largest market share within their sector are looking to recruit a Head of CRM to guide the team moving forward within the ANZ region. With a team of 3 to manage directly you’ll be an energetic and campaign focused individual who has experience of mentoring and developing individuals to create a cohesive and efficient team. Working in conjunction with the Analytics team you’ll take insights from their work ensuring that the correct campaign strategy can be developed for each brand.

 

As the Head of CRM you will be charged with creating planning and managing the customer journey. This will include managing the life cycle from engagement through monetization and retention for the key segments.

 

Being in retail this role isn’t a typical 9-5 role and will require calls with Europe and the USA during external hours.

Requirements of a Head of CRM

  • Develop and maintain the complete lifecycle strategy for their multiple offerings
  • Plan, develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing activities across multiple channels
  • Utilise the strong analytical team to glean insights to optimise spend, conversion rates and campaign performance
  • Deliver an amazingly simple end-to-end customer experience that drives positive net promoter score (NPS), engagement, profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management across different levels and countries
