Role Snapshot

You will develop, implement and execute the strategic marketing activities for the Charitable Games division.  You will grow the product brands through strategic brand, product and promotional activities consistent with the groups values and positioning.

How you will contribute

Duties to include but not be limited to:

  • Develop, implement and execute Marketing Plans
  • Drive and manage successful collaboration across the Charitable Games Unit, other Tabcorp units, internal marketing and PR services and all agency partners. This includes managing agile working process through all marketing activities to ensure delivery of objectives.
  • Management of all advertising, research, product and promotional activity and expenditure for Charitable Games products, in line with agreed budget/forecast.
  • Oversee management of all Charitable Games product related content, development and communications. 

Our Ideal Person

You will thrive in an environment where you can roll up your sleeves and work within a small hands-on team utilising your in-depth knowledge of all aspects of strategic marketing and planning.  You will be passionate about brand vision and have demonstrated digital and social expertise.

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience (with a minimum of 3 years at a senior level) in creating and implementing marketing plans including experience in the development of both product and communication strategies to drive both short and long-term revenue growth.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing (or business with major in Marketing).
  • Experience in the Charitable, Not-For-Profit sector or Sports sector a bonus
  • Strategic senior marketing skills in the management of marketing activities and advertising campaigns from conception through to implementation with a view to meet budget objectives.
