The role

You'll be the driving force behind the ongoing evolution and promotion of the organisation, ultimately enhancing our reputation as a trusted, valued brand. You have experience in strategic planning in B2B and B2C environments, digital and social marketing, brand & service evolution, external relationships and strong leadership.

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing the organisation's position, relationships and reputation with its various stakeholder groups through high quality marketing strategies.

Some of your key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a phased marketing and digital strategy encompassing B2B and B2C elements across multiple channels
• Oversee our various marketing channels (heavy digital focus) to drive and enhance customer, partner and client acquisition and loyalty.
• Define and execute PR strategies which support major marketing initiatives that positively represent the organisation
• Manage SEO, CRO and PPC strategies to ensure successful RROI
• Increase brand awareness and consistency through multi-channel, low cost marketing tactics
• Develop, manage and analyse all go-to-market and digital campaigns
• Maintain sound relationships with all stakeholders and manage external agencies
• Develop corporate and community  partnerships to increase service opportunities
• Own and manage the marketing budget, vendors and timelines
• Play a leading role in the evolution and delivery of business projects to enhance brand and reputation  
• Develop marketing performance frameworks and stakeholder management to drive strategic growth.

Skills and experience you’ll need:

• 5+ years' experience in B2B and B2C marketing, including strategy, PR and digital marketing across multiple channels (incl social and digital)
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing and/or a related discipline
• Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Established external networks and demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of a range of marketing activities nationally and locally
• A proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities (project management experience)
• Experience managing marketing campaigns and promotions and implementing digital plans
• Strong attention to detail, business acumen and strategic planning skills with an ability to forecast and plan.
• Experience within the allied health, insurance or community services sector desirable
