The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing lead generation plans and programs supporting the sales organisation. Key objectives include creating awareness of and education about the firm's product and service offerings, establishing and managing lead generation campaigns and qualified sales leads through direct marketing and other field marketing approaches.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and excited about working with a team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and programs designed to nurture and bring in qualified sales lead and pipeline, with a proved digital marketing track record.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement high-impact, integrated digital marketing campaigns to generate awareness, qualified leads and sales pipeline
• Customer communications : partner with the Client Success team to develop effective communication to help drive client satisfaction and retention
• Execute key annual events to ensure brand differentiation and key results
• Measure and report on effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns, managing the marketing budget

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent work experience
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional team environment required
• Strong business acumen, superb knowledge of marketing best practices
• Ability to manage 3rd party vendors
• A results oriented individual who thrives working in a fast paced environment
• High energy, team player with the desire to learn and grow
