The Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity within our team for a EDM Specialist to assist with the execution of our EDM campaigns as part of our Ecommerce strategy. Reporting to the Digital Campaign Manager, you will play an integral role in shaping digital customer communications to customers in a professional and efficient manner.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your qualifications and skills through a combination of on the job experience as well as access to industry recognized accreditations and training.

Key responsibilities include;

• Design, content creation, development and scheduling of all EDM campaigns
• Template designs for recurring communications
• Cross-platform quality control to ensure data and audience accuracy
• Post-send analytics of results to inform future design/builds
• Advanced personalization using AMPscript in emails and cloud pages
• Utilization of AB testing and control groups to increase and measure communication performance
• Automation of daily tasks e.g. daily customer reminders, data uploads from SAP CRM
• Design, development and deployment of landing pages in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sitecore

To be set up for success, you will you will need to bring to the role:

• Experience with digital marketing and working with CRM systems
• Experience in building, testing and executing email campaigns
• Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar EDM management system
• Knowledge of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, Java Script
• Technical ability to work across multiple platforms and data management capabilities
• Able to prioritize your workload and adapt to the change of business requirements.
• Skills in creative design, SEO, website tagging, and UX/UI design are beneficial but not essential
• Strong attention to detail
• A friendly attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively
