Our member based online service gives everyday senior Australians access to affordable financial services. Our aim is to enable everyday Australians to make better financial decisions in retirement by providing step-by-step support. No bells and whistles, only the essentials. We merge the best of human-centred technology with good old-fashioned personal support to provide a better way for people to manage their retirement finances.
About the role
- Be part of the growth marketing team to accelerate our growth;
- Learn our systems and quickly develop broad experience across inbound marketing, client management and digital tools;
- Design campaigns (and other marketing initiatives), from planning to execution and analysis/monitoring;
- Prepare and present daily analysis of channel performance – data driven analysis of volume, customer lifetime, acquisition costs;
- Be a key player in helping to build and sustain customer relationships and loyalty via all communication channels

Skills and experience
- The ability to work in a super-fast paced environment. So, you'll need to be quick on your feet, switch from task to task and be organised;
- Flair for solving problems and finding practical solutions;
- A track record in delivering great customer experiences;
- Effective communication skills – both verbal and written;
- An eye for detail and can produce good quality work;
- The attitude and work ethic required to be an effective member of a small team. Like all of us you'll regularly have to jump in and lend a hand where needed, even if that's outside our comfort zone.
