As part of the Superannuation Member Communications team, you will help deliver the member communication program through a range of BAU and project based activities and initiatives focused on superannuation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Writing a range of communications including event notices, PDS's, digital content, brochures, factsheets/forms across a variety of channels including print, online, video and social
• Collaborate with a range of stakeholders (product, technical, legal etc) to incorporate feedback and drive consensus
• Apply writing style and brand guidelines to all member communications
• Drive customer experience and member advocacy through effective and clear member communications
• Support the wider team through peer reviews and broader projects
• Contribute to business unit target for retention, growth and member satisfaction

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field- communications, marketing, journalism etc
• 4+ years marketing communications experience in financial services- wealth management/super preferred
• RG146 qualifications an advantage but not essential
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of superannuation products/market preferred
• Exceptional writing skills across a range of channels
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross functional teams with multiple stakeholders
• Collaborative, team approach to working
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders at all levels and build strong relationships
