What key responsibilities does this job have @ Showpo?

Reporting & analysis of marketing campaigns
-
Setting, monitoring, and maintaining data quality standards

Ensuring all relevant data is being collected in a useful and usable way
-
Working with the business to help with dashboard planning
-
Setting up and maintaining dashboards
-
Providing insight into efficacy of paid marketing spend across a range of channels, and assisting with forecasting
-
Able to calculate various marketing metrics such as LTV, CAC, and more
-
Ability to segment customers based on various attributes, and understand how to apply those segments
-
Understanding & working with different marketing attribution models
-
Using data to identify opportunities to improve customer experience & grow revenue
-
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
-
Identify data anomalies, investigate, and fix or provide recommendations
Qualities we look for…
-
2+ years previous working experience as a data analyst in an online centric environment
-
BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or
Statistics -
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

Experience with a variety of marketing data sources, especially Facebook (paid and organic), Google products (Analytics, Adwords, Search Console), Instagram, Emarsys, and Magento
-
Accessing various data sources by the most appropriate means: API, SQL, CSV, etc.

A good understanding of advanced tracking, the use of pixels and click trackers, etc.

Strong in SQL (especially with MySQL)

Advanced Excel skills

English. The people you'll talk to are native English speakers and you'll be asked to present your reports too.

Experience with at least one dashboarding tool (Periscope, Tableau, Domo, Klipfolio, etc)

Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
