About the Role:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will assist in planning and executing Marketing campaigns, as well as working strategically and operationally with the Sales, Marketing & Digital teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist the Marketing Manager in coordinating the preparation of strategy documents in collaboration with the sales team
- Manage the maintenance & upkeep of internal tracking and WIP documents & marketing calendars, ensuring latest updates are recorded
- Support the PR agency to drive brand & product awareness through collaborations with various publications
- Brief in various design requirements with internal design team, ensuring on-time delivery
- Be the Marketing support point of contact for internal stakeholders
- Logistics responsibilities, including quotation and liaison with international suppliers
- Sales analysis and reporting
- Activation support on events as required
- Providing general support to the Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, and National Account Managers
Skills & Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, PR or equivalent
- 2+ years' experience in Marketing. Cosmetics industry experience preferred, and Mass retail merchants experience a big plus, but not essential.
- Ability to operate under pressure and multitask under tight deadlines
- Exhibit capacity to adapt to change
- Sound understanding of Marketing principles

- Highly organised and self-motivated with effective project management skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Collaborative & team-oriented
- Effectively communicate and possess strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent reporting and presentation skill
