It’s exciting times here at Red Energy – our merge with Lumo Energy means that we are now a company with over 1200 employees, in a brand new purpose built office in the heart of East Richmond. We first entered the energy market in 2004 - we wanted to provide something different, to shake things up and we've certainly been doing that for over a decade!
Due to this continued organisational change and growth, we have an opportunity for a passionate and innovative Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing team. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness and customer acquisition through proactive and innovative marketing campaigns, leveraging partnerships and sponsorships, and raising positive brand awareness through effective media and issues management.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Work with external suppliers and partners to develop engaging campaigns and activities
- Implement campaigns and activities that will maximise positive media coverage
- Manage the end-to-end process for campaigns and activities from concept development through to delivery, ensuring smooth implementation and achieving return on investment
- Develop and implement all large internal and external events for Lumo Energy
- Implement events for the Retail staff that will drive employee engagement
What are we looking for?
- Demonstrated success in a similar Marketing Specialist role with at least 5 years experience
- Tertiary qualifications in a Marketing or Public Relations field
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects at the same time
- Ability to effectively communicate, negotiate and influence at all levels across the business
