The KPMG Australia's National Talent Acquisition (TA) Team partner with key stakeholder groups to hire for a broad range of vacancies. TA focus on building exceptional relationships with stakeholders and delivering proactive solutions to attract a diverse talent pool. 

Your Opportunity

As a highly capable and self-directed communications professional, you will:

  • Develop and implement internal and external communication plans that support the delivery of the firm's strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Collaborate with inhouse Recruiters to develop and execute Talent Acquisition sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Develop and implement employer branding and communication plans that support the delivery of the firm's strategic initiatives.
  • Provide communication guidance and coaching to Talent Acquisition colleagues and senior stakeholders to enhance communication effectiveness
  • In collaboration with the KPMG Marketing team, manage and update content on KPMG Careers and KPMG LinkedIn Life pages.
  • Assist with creating promotional materials.
  • Represent KPMG at career events and job fairs.
  • Utilize expert knowledge of direct hiring tools such as LinkedIn, Job Boards, Employee referrals etc.

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include: 

 

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing and Communications highly regarded
  • Internal employer branding and communication experience working within a large corporate organisation
  • Digital communications experience and ability to identify innovative, market leading digital strategies
  • Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to sustain focus on priorities and deliver business priorities on deadline
  • Confidence working with people at all levels of the firm, providing expertise and advice, whilst meeting needs of business
  • Solid proficiency with various social media tools such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Glassdoor, Whirlpool.
