About the role

Take your place as the Media and Communication Specialist in this newly created position within our Customer Experience Group.

Be the go-to person to support the organisation to deliver high quality customer experience while raising Northcott's profile and reputation with our many diverse stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities

• Advise and implement external media communication strategies
• Generate media coverage and support Northcott business strategies
• Advise on and coordinate responses to media management issues
• Be the point of contact for Media relations and enquiries
• Build and maintain relationships with staff, stakeholders and customers
• Monitor and report media coverage
• Prepare content for Northcott collateral, publications, website and social media platforms

Qualifications and Experience required

• Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline
• 5 years + mainstream media management and liaison experience
