Our Client, one of Australia’s largest privately owned land developers, is seeking an experienced Project Marketing Manager to join the team.
Working across multiple projects you will be required to create and monitor marketing strategies that work towards meeting the business objectives.

This position will be the first point of contact for all project marketing, reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing manager on the effectiveness of all marketing activities and strategies.
This position will require you to have previous experience in:

• Development and management of strong, effective retail marketing campaigns, including digital marketing
• Preparation of long term strategic marketing plans that meet business objectives
• Management of monthly campaign strategies, ensuring long term plan milestones are met
• Development of high quality marketing materials that enhance the customer experience, and increase sales leads
• Management of marketing budgets, across multiple projects, including budget planning and estimates.

To be successful in this position, you will have sound communication skills to ensure effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
