The Company

We also assist with car loans, personal loans, commercial loans, asset finance, deposit bonds, and risk and general insurance. In 2012 we also launched Financial Planning arm helping people plan to afford to do the things that matter to them, both now and in the future.
The position
This is a varied digital position where you will have real hands on experience managing the Mortgage Choice websites with primary responsibilities of maintaining content, developing digital acquisition initiatives, and ensuring ongoing enhancement of the website’s analytics. Further, you will be responsible to drive search engine optimisation (SEO) efforts and be involved in other digital channels such as social media and search engine marketing (SEM). In addition, this role contributes to ongoing web development tasks to improve the digital customer experience and drive website engagement.
The candidate
We are looking for an analytical, organised and enthusiastic person with a passion for digital that is looking to build their skills and experience in a dynamic environment.
Desired business skills and experience
- Experience with Content Management System e.g. Umbaco or similar
- Ability to quickly learn and utilise digital platforms such as analytics and website content management systems to deliver reporting and manage/update digital content
- Google Analytics skills, data analysis, and interpretation skills
- Strong client services and relationship building skills, with a commitment to customer service excellence
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including strong editing, grammar, and proof reading skills
- Proven ability in managing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Strong attention to detail

- Has a friendly disposition with the ability to quickly build rapport with stakeholders
