About the Role

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Services Manager, this role will provide digital production and analytical expertise and implementation primarily for EDM and Website marketing channels. You will also be supporting Digital Manager with infrastructure initiatives as needed. Ultimately you will be key to helping Ai Group attain the highest levels of member and customer satisfaction.  You will be required to:

• Build web templates and applying style to web pages to effectively display content
• Undertake general website maintenance and updates
• Help to implement development of website and other digital marketing campaigns
• Create highly effective responsive email templates
• Ensure integration of web and eDM with CRM
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to manage time critical digital service updates

You will also support the marketing team with other BAU tasks as required.

Is this role for me?

It is imperative that you have a good eye for detail, strong communication skills and an attitude for continual learning and a commitment to constantly improve the quality of the projects we deliver for our internal stakeholders & members.

• Tertiary qualification in digital production and/or minimum 1-2 years' experience in similar role
• Strong front-end development skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, Responsive design
• An understanding of modern website development principles and frameworks
• Solid experience working across a wide range of digital projects including the following: CRM / EDM/ campaigns / website builds / mobile and more
• Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office and Google Analytics competency to create online activity reports 
• Experience with a range of server technologies (IIS, Apache, AWS)
