Awesome opportunity for a passionate and innovative CRM Manager with proven experience in managing multi-channel CRM campaigns to lead the design and delivery of CRM strategy for an industry leader!

You'll be working with the latest CRM technology, collaborating closely with key stakeholders across brand/marketing, technology and analytics to bring fresh, forward thinking and engaging campaigns to life.

Two awesome CRM Executives, a multi-million dollar budget and a vibrant/collaborative working environment will ensure you bring your customer's (sometimes unexpressed) needs, wishes and dreams to life.

Skills & Abilities

• You will be an inspiring, passionate leader with a keen interest in learning and development
• Proven experience managing multi-channel CRM campaigns
• Adobe Campaign experience would be beneficial
• Commercially savvy
• Love for customers and an empathetic nature
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 
• Problem solver with a results driven attitude
