In this role you will be reporting to the National Marketing and Communication Manager, the Marketing Assistant is largely responsible for the efficient coordination of the day to day activities in the marketing department.in Uniden.
Your role as a Marketing Assistant would cover:
- Assisting the National Marketing and Communication Manager with marketing over many different product catagories
- Strong Organisation Skills
- Assisting withe preparing marketing materials and doing a lot of ground work to prepare near perfect briefs to external 3rd Parties (Advertising Agency, Public Relations Agency,Web Designers etc
- Coordinating the Point of Sale Requests and Liason with External Warehouse for dispatch.
- Dealing with customers from relevant sales promotions
- Assisting with monitoring and updating Social Media Accounts including Facebook and Instagram Account
- Project Management-Ability to organise and execute marketing campaigns
- Strong Experience in Microsoft Office including Powerpoint, Word, Excel etc
- Digital Marketing Campaign Execution - search marketing, display advertising spend and social media advertising spend
- Proof Reading all Marketing material - Attention to detail a must
- Driver's License preferred but not essential
- Occasional Show attendance on weekends - No more than 5 times a year
- 1-2 years Marketing experience
- Marketing Degree Preferred
- Australian Resident/Permanent Resident Only
This position would suit someone that is looking for part time role only.
