Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Insights Manager to produce the reports for client survey projects
• Become an expert in employee & customer feedback research
• Influence reporting and analytical approaches to improve processes
• Create data models to feed in to reporting templates
• Help develop new products for the reporting insights team
• Communicate key data insights and learnings

Positional Qualifications:

• A number of years experience in commercial, online market research
• Tertiary education in a related field
• Advanced use of Excel, SPSS & Tableau ideally
• A keen understanding of data visualization
• A can-do attitude and a curios mind
