Reporting to the ANZ Brand Director, this role will be responsible for providing brand leadership within the ANZ business through the management of multi-channel programs including:

  • Retail Marketing / CRM

  • Individual will act as the lead for the market working closely with cross functional and business units on strategy, communication and execution of key initiatives within their scope.

The successful Individual will Leverage their proficiency to:

  • Identify consumer trends, and maintain knowledge and execution of industry best practices for retail marketing as well as performing ongoing benchmarking with competing luxury brands
  • Develop, recommend, and execute impactful annual & seasonal local marketing & communications plan for Retail, Outlet & Ecommerce that align with overall brand strategies and achieve specific performance metrics
  • Partner with local business units to localize global plans that will drive growth in market
  • Create seasonal planning strategies (customer facing & media facing) to drive global marketing initiatives across all touch points; work with BUs to localize accordingly
  • Analyze marketing initiative performance against set objectives and KPIs to draw implications for future programs
  • Develop impactful media plan across traditional & digital. Analyze and drive media performance across all mediums; manage media agency relationship to drive KPIs and optimize media spend and performance
  • Direct and Supervise the team with PR requests and events with key publications
  • Pitch new ideas to generate stories with key editors  while maintaining strong relationships
  • Customer database management including ongoing maintenance and regular database updates for better customer insight.
  • Conceptualise, manage and execute press & customer events in cooperation with store network and key organisational functions to create brand awareness and maximise commercial success.
  • Build strong partnerships and relationships with internal global cross functional (Retail Marketing, Outlet Marketing, Customer Experience, 2D & 3D Creative Services, Digital Creative, Communications/PR, CRM, Digital & Social Media) to efficiently execute initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with critical stakeholders including Retail sales management, Retail Merchandising, Planning and Allocation, Buying, Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, Ecommerce, CRM, Advertising, Creative, and Finance
  • Contribute to business reviews as marketing & communications lead
  • Provide program recaps to evaluate KPI’s and ROI, ensure budget adherence, and inform future strategies
  • Manage marketing & communications budget to ensure spend is maximisied

The accomplished individual will possess...

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7-9 years of relevant professional marketing experience
  • Experience in global brand marketing, Fashion or Luxury is preferred
  • Ability to multi-task projects with equal priority, anticipate issues and provide creative solutions
  • Excellent attention to detail, superior communication, and follow-up skills
  • Strong creative & analytical skills, ability to evaluate multi-source data and draw global trends
  • Ability to build effective partnerships, mentor junior team members across the organization
  • Strong organizational skills, timely delivery of projects
  • Ability to make prudent decisions under pressure and work against tight deadlines
  • Ability to interact successfully with diverse individuals at all levels
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) required
