A small business that is going through a transformation around how they communicate with customers, is looking to fill a CRM and Marketing Support role. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who is happy to make the role their own, show initiative and motivation. This role will be pivotal in increasing revenue and customer loyalty.

To start, your tasks will include but are not limited to:

- Total control of in house database management system through various channels 

-Telephone sales regarding recalls and calling existing customers

- Cold calling and re-engagement of previous customers

- connecting with customers through email

- Managing social media platforms, (facebook and Instagram) accounts and creating interactive, inspiring and relevant content

- Understanding of the local area and how to target the market

To be suitable for this amazing opportunity you must display the following:

- Clear and professional phone manner is a must

- Display impeccable customer service skills

- Have excellent time management skills as this will be key to your success.

- Be enthusiastic and have a professional approach to your work

- Have intermediate computer skills

- Work 20 hours per week with complete flexibility around days and times

- Must be based in the Sutherland Shire catchment and have own car to be able to go on site

- Be willing to fill a maternity leave position
