Situated in Toowoomba, our Client is a well-established, nationally recognised and family owned business who are a leading manufacturer of Industrial Soundproofing products. They pride themselves on delivering quality products placing strong emphasis on premium service, client satisfaction and repeat business. A new opportunity has opened for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join their team.

YOUR NEW ROLE

You will be actively involved in the marketing processes and activities to continually raise the company's profile and brand both nationally and internationally. With your flair for communication, consultation and eye for detail, you will be responsible for social media management to develop and continually improve our client's online presence across all social media platforms; as well as the execution, delivery and administration of all marketing materials, promotions, presentations, campaigns, event planning and website updates to consistently meet your KPI's.

Your pro-active outlook and positive disposition will see you work equally effectively in a team environment and autonomously, full time Monday to Friday with potential off-site travel and site visits required.

YOUR NEW DUTIES

You will oversee and coordinate relevant strategic marketing activities including:

• Campaign Planning
• Management and preparation of marketing materials
• Plan, manage and review success of marketing events and public relations
• Development and implementation of brand management
• Manage digital marketing and social media campaigns and platforms
• Website monitoring and updating
• Media releases
• Maintain and develop positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strategic planning
• Develop, create and maintain monthly reports
• Support the sales team to reach targets
• Merchandise ordering
• Photography shoots, editing and developing
• Create an image library

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or related field and/or equivalent experience in a marketing position
• Proficiency in Jotform, MailChimp and Content Management Systems
• Sound skillset across Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in managing website content
• Demonstrated ability to interpret SEO and Adwords
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Sound understanding and knowledge of social media platforms
• Previous experience with event management and coordination
• Proven commitment to quality customer service (internal and external)
• Demonstrated ability to operate under pressure, meat deadlines and the demands of a busy office environment
• Skills with Photoshop, Lightroom and Illustrator are desirable
• Experience with NetSuite or similar CRM is advantageous
• Photography experience, beneficial
