About the role
The role of the Senior UX Designer is to drive forward an amazing user experience across my client's network of websites and online experiences by setting an example and working proactively with key practitioners across the global network. Additionally, the incumbent will be required to transform our lead conversion through good IA and usability, excellent CRO and a commitment to testing and measuring improvement. This is a new role with tremendous opportunity to create something new and unique for the organisation that capitalises on recent technology investment.
 

Your Responsibilities

• Represent and implement the voice of customer in the student facing digital products.
• Develop and deliver digital experiences to create a unique omnichannel experience. 
• Understand what users want and deliver the right content at the right time.
• Insist on a culture of tracking in user experience.
• Create transparency among marketing and UX teams.
• Conduct detailed analysis of conversion across the network, report back on and implement recommendations
• Create a culture of of experimentation and failing fast through an agressive AB Testing strategy
• Work directly with the BA and Tech PMs to describe your vision and the requirements process (wireframing, JIRA). 

Skills and Expertise

• 4 + years experience in a UX related role either as a practitioner, lead or manager
• Experienced in managing teams and able to demonstrate leadership.
• Lead by example and inspire global CX and UX teams.
• Humble and data driven.
• Excellent verbal, communication and presentation skills of UX.
• Highly collaborative and have experience working with cross functional teams.
• Excellent people skills and ability to chair meetings.
