The Role

The Event & Support Officer will deliver a program of events which will enhance Greenstone’s reputation as a provider of quality, dynamic internal and external events ensuring that colleagues are engaged and made aware of company services.

The role will also research and review event venues and identify potential opportunities for the company whilst liaising with key stakeholders on events to ensure that all relevant considerations are taken into account.

What are we looking for?

  • A range of experience (Minimum of two (2) years) in providing event co-ordination and business support in a corporate environment
  • A dynamic individual with high energy levels and an ability to inspire and build support on events.
  • Proven stakeholder management capacity combined with the ability to influence key decision makers.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills combined with the demonstrated ability to speak in a public forum
  • Proven ability to manage budgets combined with commercial acumen.
  • Ability to embrace and drive change.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills combined with the ability to maintain a network of contacts.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and show initiative
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships with a diverse range of internal and external contacts
  • Intermediate PC and MS Office skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills combined with excellent verbal presentation
