A great opportunity for an experienced Senior Manager, Product and Pricing, or an experienced Product Manager looking for their next step, this role will see you working to develop and monitor Gateway’s products which range from home loans to deposit products.
Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Owning the product strategy
- Identifying product development opportunities: project managing them from business case to launch
- Managing the lifecycle of existing products to ensure ongoing performance and relevance with customer needs
- Pricing of products to manage the balance between growth and margin expectations
- Identifying product enhancement opportunities
- Team ownership of the end to end delivery of products
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A passion for understanding customer needs, and for numbers
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience within Financial Services
- Candidates with knowledge of home loan products will be given preference
- Demonstrable experience in developing and delivering financial services products
- Strong product and portfolio management experience
- Solid experience in analysing pricing data and making recommendations
- Solid stakeholder management experience across multiple stakeholders and departments
- People management experience
