Our client is a leading commercial and personal insurer. They have an extensive range of market-leading products and have a long history of helping customers.

Currently, they are looking for a Loyalty Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Drive engagement through personalised experiences
• Develop a loyalty programs and deliver on customer needs and business objectives
• Collaborate cross functionally across customer markets to align on priorities and resourcing
• Creation and ongoing optimisation of the customer value proposition and program benefits to motivate customers to engage in the programs 
• Deliver and embed the program across all areas of the business to help drive customer engagement and program success
• Balancing budgetary, brand, loyalty, commercial and a local area objectives with a focus on positive customer experiences 

Experience & Skills:

• Degree qualified in Business, Marketing or related
• Extensive experience in developing and implementing national loyalty / member program propositions
• Experience managing a team
• An ability to translate data and insights into engagement optimisation
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Exceptional at managing your time
