Our brand team come from a variety of backgrounds, FMCG, entertainment, fashion, consumer goods and building products. What brings us all together is a real passion for home products and working for an Australian leader. In this role you get to lead the whole product lifecycle and its strategic direction. This means you will also handle product pipeline, execute annual brand campaigns, identify risks/opportunities based on commercial analytics and work closely with cross-functional teams to capitalise on market opportunities.

Heads up: We are out at Bella Vista, but offer flexible arrangements such as change in start/finish times, and regular work from home.


Requirements


As a Brand Manager you will set the strategic brand direction, including new product development product pipeline, and execute brand campaigns. This includes:

  • ProductDevelopment: Drive and lead the marketing mix across the brand portfolio. You'll develop this from audience/market insights and consumer/market trends. We're in a competitive industry so you'll be consistently seeking opportunities to increase relevance of the brand.
  • ConsumerFocus: Be constantly curious about the consumer and seek to exceed expectations
  • Agencies: Lead our agency partners in the development of marketing communication messaging and tools, including creative, media and digital.
  • BrandChampion: Inspire the team, our clients and partners about the brand, ensure they have all the right information to be successful. You'll make sure the brand is top of mind for customer and consumers to deliver aligned outcomes for the brand and business.

You will be successful to interview if your CV shows:

  • BrandManagement: Several years brand experience leading and inspiring the strategic product lifecycle of a brand with multiple products.
  • Discoveringopportunities: Great examples of identifying emerging opportunities that strengthen the short term business through tactical gains.
  • GoalSetting: Experience of measurable goal setting and forecasting, working to achieve financial and performance targets.
  • Agency: Experience of writing and handling strategic briefs and budgets.
