Overview:

The purpose of the CRM and Digital Manager is to create a digital presence that captures imagination, engenders sharing and truly represents both Australian Agricultural Company (AACo) and the portfolio of brands.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer you will be engaging with the global marketing team to create complimentary continuity and maintain brand integrity.

 

About the role:

The CRM and Digital Manager will be responsible for digital marketing, content strategy and execution, establishing an agency support structure for the digital requirements of the business and implementing a cloud-based CRM solution for the company that successfully protects data and supports the wider company systems.

The role should lead a creative approach to the way the company connects and communicates; harnessing the power of digital to educate our customers about our brands and company.

 

Your responsibilities:

Strategy and Management

  • Plan and execute digital marketing and content strategy on a global level for AACo and the new portfolio of brands
  • Develop digital marketing strategies that meet creative expectations, and make a positive impact on how we drive sales and lead generation
  • Drive creative digital marketing and CRM solutions with an ability to innovate on how AACo communicates with its distribution partner, Chef customers and the end diner
  • Mitigate risk on a CRM system through effective planning, company engagement, data storage and security, and ensuring a phase two vision is properly communicated
  • Deliver 100% YOY growth in digital audiences for the business
  • Monitor competitive landscape and stay on top of global trends and digital marketing practices that will enhance the competitive advantage  
  • Track and report on performance and impact of digital and CRM activities and analysis
  • Manage and report regularly on the digital marketing and CRM budget for the Head of Marketing

 

Digital Marketing

  • Appoint and manage a network of agencies to successfully deliver the digital strategy
  • Update and manage the AACo suite of websites and social media channels, ensuring increased visitation, positive user experience and company engagement
  • Implement, measure, analyse and regularly improve SEO and SEM for the business and brand portfolio (within budget framework)
  • Ensure that AACo digital marketing campaigns drive a globally-consistent and compelling brand experience
  • Work with the Brand and Relationship Manager to ensure regular content creation and capture
  • Coordinate closely with the global marketing team to communicate updates and needs

 

Customer Relationship Management

  • Project Manage and lead the implementation of an interim CRM system for the business, that can adjust to a robust offering in a two-year period
  • Work with operations and sales to develop the sales planning cycle, including target setting, funnel development, and identifying new opportunities
  • Design a lead generation process for targeting new and potential customers
  • Design, develop and execute a regular electronic marketing schedule for all levels of customers, supporting our distributors and sales representatives in driving demand
  • Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer relationship management
  • Train and ensure company integration with the new CRM

 

About you:

  • Outstanding understand of key brand and marketing ideas
  • Three plus years’ experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in managing CRM
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Collaborative capability paralleled with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Flexibility to work outside normal hours, including evenings and weekends
