Southern Cross Care is seeking a digital marketing specialist, for an exciting new role within its Marketing and Communications team. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your digital and data-driven marketing skills to support the growth of a respected brand in the growing aged care sector.
As Digital Marketing Coordinator at Southern Cross Care, you will manage digital platforms including websites and social media profiles, develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, and employ tactics such as SEM, SEO, content marketing and retargeting. You will also use data management and analysis tools to support direct marketing campaigns, track and report on key metrics, and evaluate the performance of marketing activities.
Reporting to the Group Manager Marketing and Communications, you will help to support all organisational departments, including Health & Wellness, Home Support Services, Retirement Living and Residential Care.
With strong technical skills and a positive attitude, you will help Southern Cross Care to communicate with a broad range of people, including those seeking aged care services for themselves, and those doing so on behalf of loved ones.
You will hold relevant marketing or digital marketing qualifications, and be confident and proficient in the use of data management and analysis tools and digital marketing platforms.
