The Opportunity:
FCA Australia is looking for an experienced and dynamic automotive professional to join the Aftersales Marketing team located in Port Melbourne as the Product Manager specialising in Service.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing (Aftersales), you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of the Service programs and marketing communications to the FCA Australia dealer network. Working with the broader Aftersales team to identify growth opportunities, you will work with key stakeholders to ensure grow FCA’s Service Retention, retail throughputs and customer satisfaction.
You will play a fundamental role in developing and driving FCA's Aftersales service campaigns with a focus on delivering proactive and relevant marketing activities while improving the customer experience.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- The design of the Service Marketing strategy and implementation of marketing tactics to contribute to the achievement of national Aftersales targets and objectives across all brands;
- Driving dealer engagement with respect to the Service business in order to gain their trust and enthusiasm for the brand;
- Using insights from multiple sources including internal stakeholders, competitors, our dealer network and customer analytics to develop insights to drive strategy and ensure effective marketing campaigns and results;
- Monitoring performance of sales plans and provision of new forecasts where appropriate;
- Assisting with building products from existing ideas, and initiating new ideas ensuring the FCA is always ahead of competition;
- Ensuring strong internal relationships with all internal departments and work closely with the relevant internal stakeholders in order to foster cross departmental engagement;;
- Supporting sales initiatives and programs with the implementation of product innovation and pricing strategy to drive sales;
- Identifying market opportunities in relation to Service to deliver incremental business growth;
- Providing ongoing reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing (Aftersales) to track and evaluate the success of Service programs and campaigns; and
- Gathering market intelligence to ensure Service offering to FCA is competitive within the market.
