The foundation of iD Collectives growth and success has been the quality of our people; our strong culture and commitment to ensuring we embody a place of acceptance and support.  As we continue to EVOLVE & AMPLIFY we need a Brand Manager that will strengthen the iD brand in the market place.  This role would be ideal for a Marketing Graduate with proven PR, marketing work experience.

This role reports directly to the Creative Director and is responsible for building the iD Collective brand.  The primary focus will be to drive brand direction and strategy through development & implementation of a marketing plan.

You day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Development and implementation of a marketing plan.
  • Build strong market presence by actively engaging with external networks to bring best practice thinking and current trends.
  • Ownership & planning of all iD communication across Social media platforms.
  • Responsibility of Business development tools and processes.
  • Drive brand direction
  • Manage and develop an integrated brand budget that is aligned with the overall brand strategy.
  • Collaborate to ensure the creative strategy & ideas are aligned to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and manage communication links across the agency to ensure iD’s brand is AMPLIFIED.
  • Continuous tracking and analysis of key deliverables to measure growth and competitive activity.
  • Be the iD Collective Brand Ambassador
  • Ensure a consistent and strong message is communicated across the industry.

  • Highly organised and a strong attention to detail.
  • On the pulse and understand what works and doesn’t in marketing.
