Title: Account Director / Senior Consultant
Reporting to: Managing Director
Other reporting lines: Director, Innovation and Research
Brief Description: Responsible for ensuring the success of projects, managing all project related tasks from brief to delivery of results. This hands-on role involves working closely with other staff, contractors, suppliers and clients. Maintaining good client relations is pivotal to high achievement in this role.
Tasks:
- Receiving client written and verbal briefs
- Preparing proposals and statement of works in consultation with the Director, Innovation and Research and/or Managing Director
- Liaising with client, consultants and suppliers on project matters
- Preparing discussion guides and questionnaires
- Managing field work progress and reporting
- Analysing qualitative and quantitative data
- Working closely with choice modellers on client outputs
- Report writing
- Contributing to journal paper writing
- Participate in regular team meetings
- Contribute to business development process utilising knowledge of choice-based research
- Opportunity to conduct qualitative interviews and focus groups
Selection Criteria:
Essential
- Minimum requirement of undergraduate degree in economics, psychology, commerce, public health, marketing or other relevant including research (and statistics) related subjects
- Proven track record of successful project / client relationship mgt
- High level of communication skills
- Strong quantitative skills, including questionnaire design and analysis
- Experience with and/or strong interest in discrete choice experiment research
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Preferable
- Post graduate studies in research related fields
- Experience working on government research projects
- Healthcare experience
- Experience with cost-benefit analyses
- Market research agency experience
