One of Melbourne s most exciting Digital media agencies is on the hunt for an experienced and results-oriented Search Manager to take our PPC and SEO efforts to the next level.
  
This role will involve managing and optimizing paid search activity You will be responsible for setting the SEO/SEM strategy for our major clients, ensuring web and mobile properties are optimised to maximise revenue, traffic and ROI.
  
You will lead the ongoing analysis, strategy and planning of all data & search activities for our business.
 
 
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Define & set the customer SEO/SEM acquisition strategy
  • Manage the ongoing review, monitoring and reporting processes for clients, ensuing best practice
  • Analyse data to make proactive/reactive decisions based on results
  • Identify new acquisition opportunities 
  • Manage strategic relationships with key partners such as Google, Bing and Facebook
  • New Keyword Development and Testing
  • Monitor and analyse campaigns to meet revenue goals
  • Hands-on Bid Optimization o Ad Copy-Writing and Testing
  • Developing Testing Plans, Implementing New Strategies and Measuring the Results Landing Page Optimization
  • Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing Teams to Drive Unified Consumer Experience
  • A/B testing of page designs to maximize conversions
Desired Skills and Experience
  • 2-3 years PPC experience, either from an agency or client background, some SEO experience would also be ideal
  • Ability to deliver strong business insights from customer data
  • Ability to present SEO recommendations and statistical analysis to clients and be a key contact for all client delivery. 
  • Understanding of Google Analytics / Omniture technical set up and integration
  • Excellent communication skills & confidence to proactively update different areas of the business on performance
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition
  • Be up-to-date with the latest trends and best practice.
