CMBM Facility Services is a 100% Australian owned company that has been operating in Queensland since 2005. We provide expert cleaning, project management, building services, asset maintenance and grounds and facilities management for a range of hospitality, commercial, industrial, government and educational institutions.
Due to our growing business we are looking for a savvy, motivated desktop publisher/marketing assistant who is just beginning their career and looking to gain experience, or someone looking for casual work.
About the role
This is a casual position with the potential to grow to a permanent role. Ideally you will be available for 10 hours per week, and some flexibility to work more over busy periods. You will be supporting the marketing Manager in executing Queensland wide programs for staff and to support sales leads.
Some days that may mean putting together information packs and proof reading, other days you will be creating newsletters, updating our website or creating advertising material. This will also be an opportunity to be mentored and exposed to how strategic plans and high level marketing campaigns are built and executed.

You will have
- Experience using WordPress (or a keen learner)
- Experience using email marketing systems
- Ability to use some Adobe Creative Suite programs preferred
- Some desktop publishing/graphic design skills
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram and online marketing mediums with a passion for digital technologies
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Currently studying or have completed studies in marketing, communications or design
