Responsibilities:

• Drive full service online marketing engagement across a range of international and national household brands
• Consult with a client's business, marketing and technical teams to gain a full understanding of a client's business and online strategy.
• Leverage web analytics data to derive actionable insights about site experience and web users.
• Lead all conversion rate optimisation tests across a client portfolio, whilst ensuring they can also match the strategy of any Large scale site builds.
• Build and execute regular audits of website data quality and data collection consistency.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation.
• Possess a strong track record of leading a CRO team to achieve successful results.
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders of the company.
• A deep understanding of conversion/persuasion UX best practices and the ability to apply this to key projects.
• Provide at least 5 examples of when the candidate has undertaken Qualitative user testing workshops.
• Advanced understand and hands on experience in Web Analytics such as Google Analytics or Adobe Omniture.
• Familiarity with CRO testing tools such as VWO, Optimizely and Hotjar.
• Broad knowledge of digital marketing concepts.

This role provides a CRO Manager the chance to work on national and international accounts whilst growing a dynamic and agile team of CRO Executives. You will work directly with a wide range of both internal and external teams stretching all levels of the organisation.
