The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for WORLD CHANGERS to add to their Staff. The MARKETING & PRODUCTION OFFICER role will be the driving force to supporting organisational growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs.

What you would do?

The main things you would do include:

-Plan, develop and organise unique advertising approaches and campaigns that speak to the culture of the organisation 

-Make recommendations to Executives and Staff on best practices to reach target markets, create consumer awareness and effectively, positively impact the organisation's community 

-Produce & execute projects and events that promote and market brand awareness that involve specialised activities within appropriated time and budget constraints

-Manage projects and events 

-Develop, Market and Advocate for an Educational Curriculum that builds awareness for geographical social justice & public health issues

-Develop media scripting, artwork, television and film production, media placements and radio spots

-Develop, produce and implement any needed guerrilla, in-home and out-of-home marketing campaigns/tactics 

-Train and equip fellow team and community members

Skill Level

-Candidate must have a Bachelors Degree or at least five (5) years of relevant experience.

-Knowledge of Graphic Design Software/Digital Marketing is not required, but strongly recommended
